Communications and strategy firm ADELE is expanding with two new hires who bring deep experience in public affairs, operations and campaign management.

Sierra Dean , a former Deputy Press Secretary to Gov. Ron DeSantis , joins ADELE as director of Strategic Initiatives. Martha Gautier , former vice president at Palladian Partners, comes aboard as an associate director, overseeing project management and operational strategy.

Founder and CEO Lauren Wootton said the hires reflect ADELE’s continued growth following its expansion earlier this year, when the firm rebranded from Adele Creative.
