Ahead of the Nuapada bypoll, the flying squad inspected BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik’s helicopter as he arrived for campaign activities on November 3.

The inspection followed election guidelines under the Model Code of Conduct, which mandates checks on political transport during poll season.

Earlier, the same squad had examined the helicopter of BJP national vice president Baijayant Panda during his visit to the region. These checks reflect the Election Commission’s effort to ensure transparency and fairness in the electoral process.
