CANTON TWP. − Jim Tressel wants everyone to hear what’s going on with the things that matter most in Ohio.

That became clear when he devoted his prepared remarks at the Hall of Fame Luncheon Club Monday to things pertaining to his current job, Ohio lieutenant governor.

Even now, though, 23 years after he led Ohio State to a national championship and 15 years since he piloted the Buckeyes , everyone wants to hear what he thinks about football things.

That became clear during a long question-answer session in front of a packed events room at Tozzi’s on 12th.
