SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - The President of Summa Health Medical Group, who is accused of sending revenge porn, was indicted by a Summit County Grand Jury on one count of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.

Dr. Vivek Bhalla was arrested at his Copley home on Oct. 18.

He is accused of sending a pornographic image of an adult woman to multiple people.

Copley police confirmed that Bhalla knew the victim, but she is not one of his patients.

According to court documents:

The victim is over the age of 18

The victim can be identified from the image

The victim is in a state of nudity or engaged in a sexual act

The image was disseminated without consent

The image was disseminated with intent to harm the person in the picture

Bhalla is out on bond and will be arraigned
