(Bismarck, ND) — A man is back in court after police say he stole several motorcycles in Bismarck. David Warrick is facing trial for conspiracy to commit theft and criminal mischief for an incident that happened in July. Police were told that two men had broken into a shop and stole three motorcycles. Prosecutors are planning to bring more witnesses to testify in the trial. Three other people involved have already pleaded guilty.
