Emma McVey had three goals and an assist as sixth-seeded Notre Dame rolled to an 8-0 victory over 11th-seeded Moorestown Friends in the first round of the Non-Public, South Jersey tournament in Lawrenceville.

Clementine Bowden added a goal and four assists for Notre Dame (14-5), which led 4-0 at halftime before breaking the game wide open in the third quarter.

Victoria Suschke, Grace Marrone, Paige Marrone and Kelsey Wood each scored a goal in the win. Adria Durkin had two assists while Madeline Razler and Cora Guicheteau made two saves apiece to combine on the shutout.

Notre Dame plays third-seeded Bishop Eustace in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.

Amiya Sant made 10 saves for Moorestown Friends (7-10-2).
