(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks man receives his sentence for two felony drug charges. Timothy George Clark was ordered to serve 13 years after pleading guilty to Class A felony possession of at least 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and Class C felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Clark was arrested in May after law enforcement found around four ounces of meth plus a glass pipe with meth residue on it during a traffic stop. Clark subsequently admitted to using and selling the drug in Grand Forks.
