CIRCLEVILLE, OH — Circleville Police were kept busy over Halloween weekend, responding to more than 90 incidents between October 31 and November 2, 2025. Calls ranged from domestic troubles and thefts to traffic stops, alarm drops, and welfare checks throughout the city.

The weekend began early Friday morning with multiple extra patrols across North Court Street, East Franklin Street, and Edgewood Drive. Officers later responded to a domestic disturbance on South Court Street just after 1 a.m. Friday , taking a report in the matter.

Later that morning, police investigated a breaking and entering report and a suspicious person on Highland Avenue. A separate property damage complaint was logged on Clark Drive, and officers conducted numerous alarm checks along U.S. 23
