SUFFERN, N.Y. — Rockland County first responders conducted a joint Rescue Task Force exercise at RP Connor Elementary School to sharpen coordination between EMS and law enforcement during active shooter scenarios.

The Nov. 2 training focused on securing safe access to victims in high-risk zones and delivering rapid treatment while operating under unified command.
