TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- The tropics are quiet as the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season enters its home stretch.

No tropical cyclone activity is expected in the next seven days, according to the National Hurricane Center.

NOAA's Climate Prediction Center last week highlighted an area of the western Caribbean with low tropical cyclone formation probability over the next two weeks.

Hurricane season officially ends November 30.
