After the Euphoria star sparked controversy for appearing in an American Eagle ad that seemingly included a double entendre of “great jeans,” and “great genes,” she responded to the broader conversations around the campaign.

“I did a jean ad,” Sydney told GQ in an interview published Nov. 4 . “The reaction definitely was a surprise, but I love jeans. All I wear are jeans. I’m literally in jeans and a T-shirt every day of my life.”
