Plan to allow developers build their own wastewater infrastructure to speed up housing delivery

Eoin Ó Broin, the Sinn Féin housing spokesperson, called on Housing Minister James Browne to avoid the "unmitigated disaster” of the Celtic Tiger era after the Coalition announced plans that would see wastewater facilities built privately in developments of 40 units or less in areas with inadequate water supply.
