Season 4 of The Witcher is here and... it's exactly as divisive as fans expected it to be. Henry Cavill is out, and Liam Hemsworth is in as Geralt of Rivia, and when coupled with several changes to the novels, fans of Andrzej Sapkowski's books aren't exactly enjoying the new season. Season 4 is the worst-reviewed season by far, holding a 61% critics' rating with a far worse 20% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The fourth season dropped on Netflix last week and, while the streamer is already committed to a fifth and final season, new viewership figures might have put the final nail in the coffin for the divisive fantasy series.
