Pennsylvania's Attorney General Dave Sunday is joining other AGs across the United States to ask Congress to clarify hemp.

The letter from the 39 attorney generals says the 2018 Farm Bill has been "wrongly exploited by bad actors to sell recreational synthetic THC products across the country."
The attorney generals are asking Congress to define hemp and stop the sale of unregulated THC products that contain synthetic cannabinoids, like Delta-8.
What is the 2018 Farm Bill?
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp and hemp products as long as they have less than point three percent of delta-9 THC, the compound in marijuana that causes a high. But the bill doesn't address delta-8.
