Voting issues reported in Chester County, poll books missing 3rd

CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Chester County is reporting some voting issues on Election Day Tuesday.

Voter Services says the poll books at all precincts currently do not include the names of third-party voters.

Officials say they are in the process of sending supplemental poll books to all polling locations.
