Cops in Florida arrested a 22-year-old man after he allegedly armed himself with a hunting knife, stabbed his father in the back of the head and threatened to kill four kids.
Trevor Nieves-Gonzalez faces two counts of aggravated assault , four counts of child abuse and one count of resisting an officer with violence.
According to a probable cause arrest affidavit obtained by Law&Crime, Volusia County Sheriff's deputies responded around 12:30 p.m. Sunday to a home in the 1100 block of E. Fowler Drive in Deltona for an active fight. The victim called 911 and told dispatchers he had just been stabbed by his son, Nieves-Gonzalez, the complaint stated.
