This made it the first "rotten" season of the series.

However, Rotten Tomatoes now reports that, as more reviews have come in, The Witcher season 4's critical score has been improving. As of writing, season 4 now sits at 61% based on 23 critic reviews, an 11% score increase. On the opposing end, though, is its audience score, which sits at 20% as of writing, 5% lower than previously.
