After months of speculation regarding Las Vegas Raiders star Jakobi Meyers potentially being traded, it has finally happened.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have pulled the trigger, landing Meyers for a fourth and sixth-round pick. Meyers will now become a huge weapon for Trevor Lawrence.

Meyers requested a trade before the 2025 season began, but he was immediately denied. He kept up with his request with the Raiders front office, and his request was finally granted.

The Raiders are currently 2-6 on the season, and a poor showing thus far could mean that more players will be moved ahead of the 4 PM EST deadline.
