JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars made a move at receiver Tuesday.
The Jaguars on Tuesday acquired wide receiver Jakobi Meyers in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders, addressing a position affected by injury in recent weeks.
Meyers, 28, a seven-year NFL veteran, played 2023 and 2024 with the Raiders – and he has 33 receptions for 352 yards and no touchdowns in seven games this season. The Jaguars sent fourth- and sixth-round selections in the 2026 NFL Draft to the Raiders in the trade.
The trade as of Tuesday afternoon is pending a physical.
Meyers, who originally signed with the New England Patriots as a collegiate free agent following the 2019 NFL Draft, played collegiately at North Carolina State. He played his first four NFL seasons for New England and has 426 career receptions for 4,94
