AUSTIN (KXAN) — After a year-long investigation into multiple sexual assaults, The Hays County Sheriff's Office, or HCSO, said in a Monday press release that it arrested a man last month.

Franklin Jovel Tabora-Dias, 24, of Kyle, Texas, is currently charged with two first-degree felony counts of trafficking of a child and one second-degree felony count of sexual assault, according to the release. It also said "additional charges [were] anticipated."

HCSO said its Criminal Investigations Division learned that he allegedly "misrepresented his age" to "as young as 19" to victims and law enforcement, the release states.
