Mobile’s mayoral administration will no longer have a chief of staff, while the mayor’s main campaign advisor is returning to city government in an administrative role.

But there are few major changes in Mayor Spiro Cheriogotis’ administration compared with retiring Mayor Sandy Stimpson, who endorsed Cheriogotis during this year’s mayoral campaign.
