Jennifer’s latest movie, Die, My Love , is billed as a “dark comedy” but it’s basically about post-partum depression and psychosis, so… definitely dark. It’s directed by Lynne Ramsay and was written by her and two other women, adapted from a novel also written by a woman, so at least this isn’t the work of a dude who merely THINKS he knows how to mine a woman’s misery for offbeat humor. But I’m not sure it’ll get me into a theater. I suppose these days that’s less and less the goal.
