Amy Schumer is saying “au revoir” to her French Quarter cottage.

The multi-hyphenate comedian filled the New Orleans pied-à-terre with antique treasures and colorful murals. After only four years of ownership, Schumer is ready to part with her “dream dramatic New Orleans hang” — for $1.25 million.

This sale, first reported by Nola.com , marks Schumer’s second real estate off-load of the year. She also listed her family’s massive Brooklyn home in March. It now asks $12.75 million.

Schumer, 44, gave the media company Homeworthy a tour of the circa-1886 home back in May. She recalled falling in love with the city of jazz when she was just 16. Her opportunity to own a historic home there came in 2021.
