CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Election Day is here and KCRG will be following local races throughout the day.

Polling places are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Find yours here.

Iowa requires a form of ID to vote. You can also register to vote at your polling place on Election Day.

Iowans will elect city council and school board members and weigh in on several school bonds. This year there are 41 bonds statewide . That includes a key vote on a $117 million bond in Cedar Rapids Schools as well as a $70 million bond in Dubuque Schools to build a new middle school.

Mayors are also up for re-election in Cedar Rapids, Waterloo and Dubuque while voters in several Johnson County communities will vote on a Local Option Sales Tax .
