WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- One of the victims who was hit by a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot in Wilton in October died on Monday. State Police have identified the deceased as Michael Bushey, 69, of Saratoga Springs.

The New York State Police responded to the Walmart in Wilton on October 16 for the report of a disturbance and reported learning that two pedestrians had been intentionally hit with a vehicle. Troopers said Timothy Besaw, 34, of Ganesvoort, had been stopped by an employee for alleged theft before leaving the store, sitting in the parking lot, engaging in a verbal altercation with an employee, and then hitting two employees with his vehicle following the altercation.
