The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments has launched the GoSGV Cargo E-Bike Voucher Program, which gives eligible residents up to $2,000 toward the purchase of a high-quality cargo electric bicycle (e-bike).
It’s part of the Council’s efforts to promote sustainable transportation, reduce traffic congestion, and cut greenhouse gas emissions in the region, officials said.
