RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Reno Recipes’ chef Jonathan Chapin and the owners of Cluckers , Danielle Peel and Meagan Orduna, stopped by Morning Break for this week’s episode of KOLO Cooks. Cluckers brought entrees from their restaurant and Chef Chapin made a autumn-inspired pasta salad.

Ingredients:

Pasta of your choice

Mozzarella balls

Roasted garlic

Artichoke hearts

Cucumber

Baby tomatoes

Roasted corn

Pistachios

Broccoli (cooked)

Sweet peppers

Salt and pepper

Mama Rays original seasoning

Garlic olive oil

Pickled onion

Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
