TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Authorities are investigating after human remains were found in the Foothills area last week.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the remains were found near Swan and Sunrise on Wednesday, Oct. 29.

The PCSD said an update will be sent out once the person is identified.

The investigation is ongoing.
