Last weekend, he made his final graceful turn under his cherished stud prefix, Kenarie Jerseys.
With the complete dispersal booked for November 27, a lifetime's work will go under the hammer.
Afterwards, there will be some cows to milk and perhaps a stand-out female to prepare for show, but she won't be led under the Kenarie name.
