SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)-- Our Lady of Pompei in Syracuse hosted its 76th annual Spaghetti Supper today, November 4, on Election Day, continuing a long-standing tradition that brings the community together over homemade pasta.
The event features homemade sauce and hand-rolled meatballs, with recipes passed down through generations, offering a taste of authenticity that distinguishes it from typical pasta meals.
"This is our 76th year of this incredible tradition of parish and community coming together and just breaking bread and enjoying the day," said Lucy Paris, one of the volunteer organizers.
