A woman who allegedly shot and killed her mother at a Flagstaff residence in late October will now face a single charge of first-degree murder.

Last week, the Arizona Daily Sun reported that Mea Brodie, 46, had been charged with three counts of second-degree murder in Flagstaff Justice Court. But a supervening indictment, approved by a grand jury on Oct. 30 and subsequently filed in Coconino County Superior Court, revised that to just one count of the more serious offense.
