The Steelers announced a handful of practice squad moves today, signing linebacker Mark Robinson and defensive back Daequan Hardy.

To make room, the team released defensive end K.J. Henry and wide receiver John Rhys Plumlee.

Plumlee had been on the Steelers practice squad for less than a week.

Robinson should be a familiar name to Steeler fans. The linebacker was the team’s 2022 seventh-round pick, making the 53-man roster in all of his first three seasons. From 2023-24, he was a top special teamer for Pittsburgh, playing in over 65% of snaps on that side of the ball in both seasons.

Released by the Steelers on cutdown day in 2025, Robinson has spent time with the Patriots and Jets this season.

Hardy was a sixth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills out of Penn State.
