GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The teen at the center of an incident at Green Bay Preble High School in September entered a plea to charges in Brown County Court on Tuesday.
The teenager, who isn’t being identified due to being processed in juvenile court, entered a plea of “no contest” to one charge of possession of firearms on school grounds. The court found him “delinquent” on that count.
The 16-year-old also faced three other charges, but those charges are being held. He’s ordered to go through a juvenile rehabilitation program and the remaining charges could be sent to adult court if he doesn’t complete the program.
He’s ordered to go to the Racine County YDCC Project , the Youth Development and Care Center (Previously referred to as SRCCCY) until his 18th birthday.
