A woman in Kentucky called 911 after she allegedly received human body parts in a package that was delivered to her home last week, according to local news reports.

The unidentified woman from Hopkinsville told the 911 dispatcher that she was waiting for her medicine to be delivered.

She received two packages and when she opened one of the boxes, she found two arms and four fingers inside.

The woman reached out to the company to whom the packages were supposed to be delivered and was told a mistake like that had never happened before, according to a WSMV report.

The county coroner was called out to the woman’s home to retrieve the body parts so they could be sent to their intended destination.
