HARRISBURG — A majority of attorneys general across the country, including Pennsylvania’s Dave Sunday, urge Congress to close a loophole and outlaw the sale of synthetic marijuana-like products they say are both highly intoxicating and directly marketed to youth.
The bipartisan coalition of Attorneys General from 38 U.S. states and territories joined a letter to congressional leaders imploring that they swiftly clarify the federal government’s definition of “hemp” that passed through the 2018 Farm Bill.
