A man from Pennsylvania was arrested after he allegedly threatened to kill a member of Congress on Tuesday, according to the United States Capitol Police .
A bulletin known as BOLO, or Be On The Lookout, was sent out to law enforcement back on Oct. 28 regarding this person who was identified as 43-year-old Richard Griffin, officials said.

Then, around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, officers with the United States Capitol Police Rapid Response Team said they saw Griffin and stopped him before he was able to go through security at the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington D.C.
