BRAINERD — The downtown Brainerd market will continue on into the winter months with a move indoors.
The Main Street Market that ran on Fridays beginning in May in the Brainerd City Hall parking lot will move to the indoor space previously occupied by Bob and Fran’s on Laurel Street and operate the second Saturday of the month from November through April.
The first indoor market is Saturday, Nov. 8. Hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each month.
“Even in the middle of winter, our community loves to gather around good food and local creativity,” Doro Schumann, Main Street Market’s coordinator, said in a news release. “This indoor market is a great way to support small businesses, discover something new, and stay connected through the colder months.”
