Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are finally settling their divorce years after separating.

The 52-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 actress and the 58-year-old Due South actor have reached an agreement on all their issues, including custody.

According to a new report, they have now settled the custody of their five kids: Liam , 18, Stella , 17, Hattie , 14, Finn , 13, and Beau , 8.

Us Weekly reports that according to court documents filed Monday (November 3), they have come to an agreement on the support and division of their assets and property as well, although the actual deal was not yet filed with the court, so we don’t know the exact details.
