Dozens of planes have been left circling above the skies in Belgium after reports of suspicious drone activity grounded planes.
Flights have been suspended at Brussels Airport after concerns over drones in the area.
A drone was reportedly spotted near the busy airport shortly before 7pm and again at around 8pm GMT.
Drones were also seen over Kleine-Brogel and Florenne air bases this evening.
Footage showed a suspected drone being chased by a police helicopter near Brussels Airport. Velina Tchakarova, a passenger on one of the planes, said on X she was stuck on a plane due to the first drone and about to take off, when the second drone sighting halted the departure.
