New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson is out for 7-10 days due to a grade 1 hamstring strain, keeping him out for at least a week of action before being reevaluated.
The injury is to his left hamstring. He will miss Tuesday's game against the Charlotte Hornets.

Williamson just played on Sunday, putting up 20 points, nine rebounds, and six assists on 7-of-14 shooting. Tuesday's game will be the second game of the season that he misses.
The forward had already missed a game due to a left bone contusion; now his hamstring is flaring up.
Williamson is no stranger to hamstring injuries. He has missed months of action since 2023 due to hamstring issues.
