West Bromwich Albion fans have been told to heed a travel warning after a huge fire erupted in London - less than two miles from the stadium where their side played tonight.

The Baggies went down 1-0 to Charlton Athletic at The Valley after a stoppage-time Sonny Carey winner for the home side. And the travelling supporters could be in for more misery on their way back to the Black Country due to a blaze in Greenwich, south-east London.

Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters are dealing with a fire at an industrial unit on Tunnel Avenue, Greenwich, which started at around 6.13pm on Tuesday evening, an hour-and-a-half before the match began.
