RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has charged a 33-year-old with abuse of a vulnerable adult, say agents.
SLED agents say Abdul Kabba Campbell, 33, was charged on Monday, November 3, after Wellpath Recovery Solutions requested an SLED investigation.
Campbell is accused of placing a victim into a chokehold, and slamming the person onto the ground.
The victim is a patient at that the recovery solutions center, and is considered a vulnerable adult.
He was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
