BOISE — The Boise Airport announced the start of a food drive Monday for workers impacted by the federal government shutdown.

The food drive’s announcement comes as the shutdown has eclipsed a month in duration and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers and air traffic controllers missed their first paycheck Tuesday , Oct. 28, after previously receiving partial paychecks.
