FARGO, N.D. (WCIA) -- Soybeans are still on the minds of U.S. farmers as they wait to hear from China on how many soybeans the country will buy. As they do, they're watching the price of soybeans.
Illinois farmers have seen prices drop under $10 at some elevators, and they are $8 in the Dakotas. Futures prices have since climbed over $11 for the November soybean contract.
Exports are important, and North Dakota State University trade specialist Shawn Arita explained why to WCIA's Stu Ellis.
