VALLEY, Neb. —

The special recall election in Valley ended Tuesday.

Most of the results were released by the Douglas County Election Commission after 5 p.m.

Residents are voting on whether to recall Mayor Cindy Grove and city council president John Batcher.

Votes as of 5 p.m.

Recalling Mayor Grove:

Yes - 783

No - 461

Recalling John Batcher:

Yes - 709

No - 489
