A Goethals Bridge mess has been cleaned, officials said late Tuesday afternoon.

A debris spill on the westbound lanes of the Goethals — on the Staten Island side of the span — blocked two left lanes, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

The debris spill that happened around 4:38 p.m. on the New Jersey-bound lanes of the bridge has since been cleared, said the Port Authority.

“Expect residual delays,” the agency posted on X a short while after announcing the mess.
