At about 1 a.m., police received a call regarding a vehicle that was parked at the intersection of King Street West and Perth Street with the hood up. Article content

In the call, police said, they were told there was a man walking around the vehicle who was described as appearing intoxicated.
Investigation revealed there was a 36-year-old man walking around the vehicle and was identified to be the driver.
Police say that while conversing with the man, officers believed that he was intoxicated by drugs.
