A 90-acre mixed-use development pitched near the University of North Texas at Dallas could be aided by a $23 million city grant.

Russell Glen Co. seeks to develop a master-planned community at 6400 University Hills Blvd. called Rivulet. The $47 million project will feature about 200 multifamily units and 300 single-family homes as well as 68,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000 square feet of office space and 42,000 square feet of retail and grocery.
