A young Ormesby scaffolder has been named apprentice of the year at a star-studded event. It's been a year full of highs for 18-year-old Rhys Bennett, who was announced as National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) Scaffolding Apprentice of the Year 2025, sponsored by CISRS, at an award ceremony in Manchester.
Rhys is already proving himself a rising star in the trade after impressing his bosses, assessors and colleagues with his enthusiasm and ambition. He's already represented JMAC Scaffolding in Italy and Las Vegas, USA, after choosing an apprenticeship.
