HARTFORD, VT (WGGB/WSHM) – A Chicopee man is facing a felony charge after an investigation by local and state officials in Vermont.

The Vermont Attorney General’s Office said that 38-year-old Thomas Ndissi was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of luring a Child. They added that the charge came after an investigation by the Hartford, VT Police Department and Vermont Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

The task force, according to the A.G.’s office, investigates child sexual exploitation cases that occur on the internet, including the production and online distribution of child sexual abuse materials. They also conduct forensic examination services, technical assistance, law enforcement training, and outreach efforts.

Ndissi pleaded not guilty during his arraignment and bond was set
